We offer a 30 day no hassles return on all our products for a full refund or exchange minus postage costs ($12.00). Any products that are opened will not be refunded.
If you have mis-spelt your name/address or simply changed your mind and your enquiry has been processed before the product left the warehouse – We will be able to help to change, cancel or arrange a different product; a full refund applies to any cancelled order. If the product has been processed and sent – The full refund minus postage costs apply.
We take care in ensuring that all out of our products are packed securely and dispatched from our warehouse but things do happen, especially in transit. If any damaged or incorrect products are received.
